Important Travel Information
- Flight Delays:
- Our team, drivers, and company staff actively monitor flight schedules. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust accordingly and be aware of your new arrival time.
- Locating the Driver:
- If you experience any difficulty finding your driver, please remain inside the airport and call the emergency number provided in your reservation. Do not leave the airport until contact is made.
- Extended Waiting Time:
- If passengers remain inside the airport for more than 60 minutes after landing, they must call the emergency number to confirm arrangements.
- Non-Accessible Locations:
- Some accommodations, especially in the old city, are not accessible by car. In these cases, the driver will drop passengers at the nearest accessible point.
- Currency & ATMs:
- Exchanging money inside the airport can take a long time. Most hotels have ATMs, and there are many cash points in the city. Euros and pounds are widely accepted, and exchange offices are available throughout Marrakech.
- SIM Cards:
- Drivers can provide local SIM cards at the same price as inside the airport, saving you time.
- Payment & Change:
- If you need to pay in cash, note that small change may not always be available. Euros and pounds are accepted, and exchange points are easy to find in town.
